Cox Automotive Campaign Theme Library
Challenge: Cox Automotive’s marketing teams needed a broader range of polished campaign themes that could support high-volume dealer requests across channels. Seasonal themes were useful, but there was also a growing need for more brand-relevant options that could align with individual OEM styles, events, offers, and campaign needs.
Solution: I helped expand the theme program beyond seasonal concepts by advocating for and developing a dedicated OEM theme library. I designed the majority of the OEM theme collection, creating scalable campaign systems that could adapt across direct mail, email, mobile, sales, service, brand-awareness, and event-based placements. Each theme was built to give account teams a polished creative starting point while remaining flexible enough for dealer-specific offers and messaging.
Results: The library became a highly adopted resource within the team workflow, with Marketing Account Managers frequently requesting additional OEM and seasonal options. It gave account teams more relevant, polished campaign choices while helping designers move faster across direct mail, email, mobile, sales, service, and brand-awareness placements.
